AMI Process Servers offers professional process service to MIDLAND COUNTY, MI
*If we need to travel out of Midland county, you will be charged from Midland County Courts. This additional charge may not be reflected on your proof of service if the court is not Midland County.
These areas may include Bay, Isabella, Clare and Gladwin counties. Call for Pricing.
Process Service Rates:
Our Basic Service fee is $26.00 plus mileage
Personal Protection Order is $125.00 plus mileage
Special Services (If service is requested by client)
Same Day Delivery is an additional $100 plus service fee & mileage.
2-3 Day Delivery is an additional $75 plus service fee & mileage.
Any Holiday or Holiday Weekend Service is an additional $150.00 plus service fee & mileage
Most documents are served in 7-14 days unless defendant is evading service. Three attempts will be made at various days & times to ensure proper service can be obtained. There may be times where service cannot be completed due to various reasons.
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover payments. Payment can be made over the phone. There is a $3 convenience charge.
